Advanced Skills Basketball Camp Summer of 2023

Advanced Skills Basketball Summer Camp will be held in Lewisburg West Virginia. This Basketball Camp will be for both boys and girls, the date will be June 26 to 28, 2023. Tamar Slay, retired former NBA player will be conducting the camp with help from other retired coaches, professional trainers, high school and college players. Ages for the program 8 years of age to 16 years of age for both boys and girls.  The check-in for the event will be Monday June 26 th @ 8 am and the camp will run for the two-day event from 9 am to 3 pm. 5-on-5 officiated games/Competition age groups 8-10, 11-12, and 13+. Fundamentals will be taught on a much more advanced level. The event will be taking place at the Lewisburg Baptist Academy, located at 246 Grand Avenue, Lewisburg West 24901. The cost of the two-day event will be $150.00 per person, and you can pre-register online at http://www.tamarslay.com .

Tamar Slay was born in Beckley, West Virginia and attended Woodrow Wilson High School and lead them to two AAA State Championships. He followed up high school with a scholarship to Marshall University and is now in their hall of fame. He played in the NBA for twelve years and retired to teach his professional skills he has learned over his professional NBA career.
